This policy explains what information Bbettr Agency collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to turn analytics on or off at any time.

Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If — and only if — you turn on Analytics in your , we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed and anonymous interaction events such as clicks on our WhatsApp, telephone and “Book a call” links, and a count of successful contact-form submissions. We never send your name, email address, phone number or enquiry message to Google Analytics.

Privacy-friendly visit counts

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, cookieless visit counts. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information, so it runs as part of the site’s necessary functionality.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages securely and reliably.

Cookies and your consent choices

We do not show a cookie banner, and we do not set any optional analytics cookies or send any analytics data until you actively opt in. Analytics is off by default.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before any Google tag can run, consent for analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation is set to denied. We only enable Google Analytics after you choose to turn it on, and we keep all advertising and personalisation consent denied at all times — we do not run advertising or remarketing tags.

You can change your choice whenever you like: open (also linked in the footer of every page). Turning Analytics off saves your preference, stops future analytics, and clears analytics cookies from this browser. Your preference is stored locally in your browser so it is remembered on your next visit.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To communicate with you about your project or questions.
  • With your consent, to measure and improve how our website performs.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

  • GoHighLevel — our customer-relationship platform, which receives and stores contact-form enquiries so we can respond and manage our relationship with you.
  • Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — only if you enable Analytics, and only anonymous usage data (never your personal enquiry details).
  • Vercel — our website host and cookieless visit-count provider.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We share information only as needed to run our website and respond to you, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your rights (POPIA)

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@bbettragency.com and we will respond as required by law.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Our contact form is submitted over a secure connection to our own server, which forwards it to our CRM; our webhook and credentials are never exposed in the website’s code.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
