What exactly can you automate for my business?
Almost any repetitive communication or admin task can be automated. Most commonly we automate: new lead follow-up (WhatsApp, SMS, email), appointment booking and reminders, no-show re-engagement, review requests, onboarding sequences, and monthly check-ins. If you do it manually more than once a week, we can probably automate it.
Does it feel robotic or impersonal to customers?
Not if it's done right. We write your automation messages to sound like they come from you personally — using your name, your tone, and referencing the specific service the lead enquired about. Most customers can't tell the message is automated. The goal is speed + personalisation, not cold bulk messaging.
What platform do you use and do I need to pay for it?

It covers your CRM, automation, SMS, email, calendars, and more in one place — replacing multiple separate tools you might currently be paying for.
Will I be able to manage the system myself after setup?
Yes — we provide a full walkthrough and training so you and your team understand how to use the CRM daily. For the automation workflows, most clients prefer us to manage and maintain them on an ongoing basis. But if you want to take it over yourself, we'll make sure you're equipped to do that.
Can you connect to tools I'm already using?
In most cases, yes. GHL integrates with hundreds of tools including Calendly, Google Workspace, Facebook Lead Ads, Xero, and more. For tools that don't have a native integration, we can often connect them via Zapier or webhooks. Tell us what you're using and we'll advise on what's possible.
